Clean Room “Class 3500 Standard”

Exceptional state of the art “Clean Room” with separate air locks to suit most sterile requirements. There is HEPA filtered air conditioning at low velocity-high volume, with an accessible services room in the ceiling void. Compressed air piping and a small gantry crane are installed. Floor coverings are high abrasion resistant welded sheet vinyl. All walls and ceilings have the required smooth and impervious surfaces, which are capable of being repeatedly sanatised and cleaned. There is a full security system with cameras installed. The clean room facility was completed in 2005 and is now available for immediate occupation. It can be readily upgraded to a “Class 350 standard” if required
